These Terms and Conditions govern your use of curtainsnblinds.ae and any services provided by Curtains Dubai ("we," "us," "our"), based in Dubai, UAE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Our Services
Curtains Dubai provides the supply and professional fitting of made-to-measure curtains, curtain fabrics, tracks, poles, and related window treatment accessories to residential and commercial clients across the UAE. All services are subject to a written quotation and project agreement signed by both parties.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the current UAE rate (5%) unless otherwise stated. Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Our per-m² prices are indicative starting prices subject to site survey confirmation.
4. Orders and Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order and schedule installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit card. All materials remain the property of Curtains Dubai until payment is received in full.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full deposit refund. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may forfeit some or all of the deposit depending on the stage of the project. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@rexline.ae.
6. Installation and Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring windows are accessible and ready for measurement and installation on the agreed date. If additional preparatory work is required that was not identified at survey stage, this will be communicated and agreed in writing before proceeding. Curtains Dubai is not responsible for pre-existing structural defects or damaged window frames not disclosed at survey stage.
7. Warranties
Fabric and product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to the customer. Our curtain fitting workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Warranties are void if curtains are misused, incorrectly maintained, or damaged by third parties. Full warranty terms are provided in writing on project completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the total value paid for the services in connection with the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from any defect in supply or installation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, graphics, and logos — is the intellectual property of Curtains Dubai or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
